Where is a good free chat room where everyone there is not a 15 yr old?

No such room as I am aware of. You can go to a chat room under the topic of your choice or country or language and then in your open message you can checkup whether any body who has similar interests are willing to chat by forming a sepearte group. That way you can start your own chat room
