I've got some things that I've looked and typed up on my laptop computer that I need for school, but I am unable to print. This is the only computer that I use when I'm home, I have a desktop computer (which my printer is connected to) also, but it doesn't work. Is there any way I can print things I have on my laptop using the printer I have? I know the printer that I have is connected to my other computer and isn't set up really to work with my laptop.

If this isn't possible, would it be possible to use my laptop at school and print things in the computer room, where all of the computers are set up to work with one printer?

I am trying to select a new printer for an apple computer. I want a printer + scanner combination. I am hesitating between the HP Color LaserJet CM1015 MFP and the HP OfficeJet 7410. I stick with HP because in the past their products have never disapointed and they work well with Mac. I just wonder if i am better with laser or inkjet. I use this as a home office printer, mostly color documents and the ocasional picture.

My printer is a HP Model 720. The port or connection device is rather wide and there is no room in the back of the computer for me to hook it up to. The computer is brand new but, from rent a center.

My HP Deskjet F370 printer is a USB type printer. I want to share this printer with my old laptop. But unfortunately this printer doesn´t support printer-sharing and my old laptop has only LPT port. How can I solve this problem?

I drilled a hole in the top of the ink cartridge and refilled it. The Cartridge is an Epsom T0601. The red out of ink light will not go out. I cannot figure out how to reset the ink chip to show as full or simply disable it so I can continue printing.

HP OfficeJet....is it a laser printer?

If, yes, what do laser printers use for ink or whatever?

Please help. I don't have any instructions manual.

All answers refer to a printer problem thus far. Cleaning heads, cleaning rollers, and replacing ink cartridges. These things have already been done and i still get the lines when printing and saving pdf files while using the ADF feature. This does not happen when I use the glass instead of the Autmatic Document feature. This is a scanning problem while using the ADF feature. It is not a printing problem. The printer works great when I scan to file or when I print from the glass.

I am really a novice pc user, so I can use all the advice anybody is willing to share with me. They are both hp deskjet printers. The new one has a scanner and copier etc. So Do You Delete all the old printers info, before installing the new one, or can I just go ahead and install this one. With no conflict of interest.
Thanks for any advise.
