Yes, USB cable sizes are pretty universal, meaning they'll work in any printer, mouse, etc. Just make sure you match up the ends correctly.

Yes u can, but be sure to match the sides and tha the cable isnt too long. Some devices wont be seen by the PC if the cable is too long.
No harm can be done.
