Getting verticle lines while using the ADF feature.?

Question

All answers refer to a printer problem thus far. Cleaning heads, cleaning rollers, and replacing ink cartridges. These things have already been done and i still get the lines when printing and saving pdf files while using the ADF feature. This does not happen when I use the glass instead of the Autmatic Document feature. This is a scanning problem while using the ADF feature. It is not a printing problem. The printer works great when I scan to file or when I print from the glass.

Then there's something in the ADF that's gumming up the sensors.

There should be a set of rollers that can is spring loaded, move it out of the way and clean the glass portion that scans in.
