I'm trying to install a printer on my computer..but it keeps saying "service pack 2 is needed" i looked under my system and i DO have service pack 2...im not sure what to do...thanks

This is the link to the microsoft website where you can download SP2 for free. I needed to download it shortly after I bought my last computer in order to insally my printer and scanner. There are FAQ's there also which helped me. (I had no clue what I was doing and it turned out okay, lol) Good luck!

Or go to Microsoft.com and search for it. They provide it free as an addition to XP.

Go to Microsoft.com or use windows update to upgrade to sp2.
download and install.

Are you sure that you have all of the other requirements?
