Printers

If I currently installed my Brother MCF-440CN printer with a USB interface individually for each computer I own (laptop & desktop), can I eventually install the printer under a network interface down the road once I network the two computers (without any problems)?

Also, once I install the drivers, etc. does the USB cable need to stay connected to either computer or can it be disconnected (and then reconnected) until I need to print? Thanks!

I got a Lexmark 5470 for Christmas, and I'm trying to figure out how to print more than one picture (different pictures) on one page. The software came with some templates that allow you to print multiples of the same pic, but not different pics. Also, the pics I want to print are not standard sizes; they have been adjusted in Photoshop. (I searched the manual and the Help section with no results.) Appreciate any help. Thanks.

My printer ia a photo 964, when I start it , it starts to click & clack but does not print nor copy.It's still new and I'm sure it's under warranty,I finish paying for it in full ,but it does not work .I paid a tech to come to my house and check the computer (charged me $75.00), everything is good on the computer's connection, it's the printer.
I work with computer all day, and I'm the only one in my house that uses the printer(no KIDS). I need an address where I can sent it to you and get another one, this one sucks!!!!

I put in a new cartridge because the old one only printed certain colors. The new one won't print color at all. The computer is a Macintosh and the printer is an Epsom color 740.

Am in love with my new Canon i9900 printer but the limitations of the 13x19 format and driving me to distraction. Am I missing something or is there a printer in the 16-20" range which won't cost as much as a car and can use bulk inks? Also does anyone know if you can retrofit a Canon i9900 to use bulk inks? Inside there is a small piece of plastic film that runs from one side to the other, my grand son was playing with the machine and pulled this off, is there a way that I can get the ends off and try to put it back in place? I am noticing that I am having dificulty with my printer after updating Windows, Yahoo and Internet Explorer. Why should this affect my printer. I can print an email. I can print a test page. I can't print from Microsoft Word. I can't print other software illustrations as I could before. I can't print off the internet websites. This just started happening as of Jan 18th. If ws fine the day before. Help!

I need to be able to run off my pictures. What did you do to them. When I try to run them off you want to send them to Target! I want to run off my pictures like I did before the "Big Change".
