I am noticing that I am having dificulty with my printer after updating Windows, Yahoo and Internet Explorer. Why should this affect my printer. I can print an email. I can print a test page. I can't print from Microsoft Word. I can't print other software illustrations as I could before. I can't print off the internet websites. This just started happening as of Jan 18th. If ws fine the day before. Help!

Restoring is too drastic!!!
Try just going to the printer manufacture's web site for your printer and checking for the latest drivers. HP's are highly effected by Microsoft updates.

Go to start ai programs accessories then system tools go to system restore pick a point a couple day earlier when thing where fine use that point
