I want to know who printed an anonymous hate-letter to one of my co-workers. I would like to see whose computer the print job came from.

You better act fast; Most network Print Queues will keep a log, and at the very least can track down a source to a Subnet; its detective work after that. The handy thing about SOME print queues is that the log will identify the precise computer it came from; However, this does not mean that the PC owner/user did it, just that it came from that PC. The detective work should come from your IT staff, and HR. This way you can track down the source, and the culprit can be identified without any incorrect accusations against any one person.

It's depends how the printer server was setup.
