My printer ia a photo 964, when I start it , it starts to click & clack but does not print nor copy.It's still new and I'm sure it's under warranty,I finish paying for it in full ,but it does not work .I paid a tech to come to my house and check the computer (charged me $75.00), everything is good on the computer's connection, it's the printer.
I work with computer all day, and I'm the only one in my house that uses the printer(no KIDS). I need an address where I can sent it to you and get another one, this one sucks!!!!

Depends on where you bought it, if you have a receipt on it take it back to where you bought it. Tell them what is going on and have them give you a new one.On the warranty it should tell you the manufacture and you can contact them.

Or just buy a new one and make sure it works before bring it home. Always check merchandise before leaving the store I do.and I am a female. ha ha

Go online to the printers manufacterer website. They normally have the shipping address for returns and repairs. If they do not, go back to the store, and ask them to help you send it out to get it fixed. Do not call over a repairs person, because if they open the printer to fix it, the warrenty becomes no good.
