Try this:

- Click Start then Run.
- Types services.msc then hit OK, this should bring up the Services control panel.
- Scroll through the list until you find the "Print Spooler" service and check the Status.
- If it's already Started and you still can't print then ignore all of this.
- If it's not Started then right-click on it and select Start, after it finishes starting up try printing again.

If that does work for you then go back to that same Service and double-click it to open it. Once in there, set the "Startup type" to Automatic and that service will run automatically every time you switch the machine on so you don't need to go through all this again.

I can't guarantee that this will work, but it's worth a try. Try re-installing the drivers for the printer or reset the printer. Your printer might have a reset button which you should press or the utility that runs on your computer might have a reset.

You have to restart the computer ot manually start the spooler service. You can do this by launching services.msc
