hey this has been bothering me i solved a few problems yesterday the problem being a sign comin up saying corrupt or unreadable files/programs and none of my programs would start etc but fixed that with chkdsk i think but i have problem now a number of things like in control panel nothing happens when i click the security button windows security and in management console it says "snap-in failed to initialize" and when i right click and choose properties on 'My Computer' or try download any programs it comes up 'bad image' error and various windows problems some1 suggested the whole 'sfc/scannow' thing but sum1 has my xp cd :( so thats out the window for now but i need help i don't want my comp to screw up i have alot of important data and all my anti-spyware/anti-virus programs detected and cleaned stuff but that aint the problem and ran reg mechanic too, any help would be appreciated thanks.

OKAY, I just uninstalled my sims 2 PC game, and im re-installing it again, but there comes a part where yuo need the box because there is a code on it and u have to type it in in the box but i dont have the box anymore i lost it!! Is there anyway i can get the code back

Okay I need to know if there is a program that I can download for free which will make it so if somebody tries to download something they have to enter a password before whatever they are trying to download is downloaded.
I Also need a program that will make somebody need a password to install programs.
I need these programs because I have 3-6 Nephews and about 3 neices. 1 Neice and 3 Nephews that actually use compters and they use mine whenever they are over becuase it is better than my dads and they always download junk that i do not want such as AOL Messenger and ect.. They did that to my dads and thats why they use mine now is because they downloaded so much crap on to his that his computer froze up when restarting it and i dont want that to happen to me.
So Please Help!

I know its an old game and i doubt anyone plays it anymore but i had an urge and my city is demanding a seaport. i placed seaport zone along the shore and the depth was 150m deep like it needs to be but all that will build are warehouses. I've played before and a lot more than that was formed! how do i get more than just warehouses? its not satisfying the town, they keep demanding it even though ive zoned heaps! they want more than warehouses!! so do i!

what is the market value of Acer?I mean are their laptops worth buying....i am talking about Aspire 5570 or 5580 series...Or DELL is an better option?

In my home system I've downloaded mozilla firefox free virson it was working wonderfully and I've bookmark many sites
unfortunately it displays the page ----
