I know its an old game and i doubt anyone plays it anymore but i had an urge and my city is demanding a seaport. i placed seaport zone along the shore and the depth was 150m deep like it needs to be but all that will build are warehouses. I've played before and a lot more than that was formed! how do i get more than just warehouses? its not satisfying the town, they keep demanding it even though ive zoned heaps! they want more than warehouses!! so do i!

Click and hold the warehouse icon and a sub option will appear to allow you to choose seaport etc. make sure you have roads going in/out of it
