Okay I need to know if there is a program that I can download for free which will make it so if somebody tries to download something they have to enter a password before whatever they are trying to download is downloaded.
I Also need a program that will make somebody need a password to install programs.
I need these programs because I have 3-6 Nephews and about 3 neices. 1 Neice and 3 Nephews that actually use compters and they use mine whenever they are over becuase it is better than my dads and they always download junk that i do not want such as AOL Messenger and ect.. They did that to my dads and thats why they use mine now is because they downloaded so much crap on to his that his computer froze up when restarting it and i dont want that to happen to me.
So Please Help!

Are you running Windows XP? If so you can setup a limited user account which will not allow any program installation which means no downloads can be loaded!
Just setup (or add) a user account for them to use that limits their actions. Then password protect your administrator level accounts.

You can use a software called "Deep Freeze"
Its a security software that is to be install in a computer, it lets you guard your whole computer.
E.g When 1 of your nephew use your computer and download some junks in the net your computer will save that files and everything that your nephew does. But in your next reboot all of those files will be automatically deleted and maintains its original settings.
Its obviously running on the background but they cannot deactivate it because in the first installation of this software you will be prompted for password, so when your not around activate the password and when your using it deactivate
and also your protected with some virus and threats to your computer.
So there I hope it could help you a lot.
And regarding where can it be downloaded just search the net. I think its a free software.

Just make the 'lil rug-rats Limited Users. No additional software needed.
