I am new to webdesign, and design pages to fit my PC screen, but when the site is viewed on a large screen the page doesn't adjust in size - what have I done wrong?

I have microsoft ME, the crappiest program ever made I believe. I downloaded software for a lexmark printer, and now the computer will not boot up, it just has the windows me screen and makes a bunch of noise. If I push escape, it says, please wait while setup updates your configuration files, this may take a few minutes... then, it says Windows could not upgrade the file %1 from %2 %1: %2 , it continues to display this message over and over until the end of time. Does anyone know if there is a way to fix this?? Please help me!!!!!

I have tried replying to the e-mail and it comes back as undeliverable. These e-mails are full of profanity and sexual content. I never subscribed to this. Is there a way to report this problem to someone who can do something about it?

I just moved to Austria and had my new roommate set up a new internet connection for me. Before she did this my computer was perfectly fine when I plugged into her ethernet cable but I couldn't access the wireless in our apartment. Now that she reconfigured something I have no problem using wireless in my room but my computer will now only go to certain websites. For example I can access yahoo.com and facebook.com but can't go to msn.com, psecu.com, student.wfu.edu or use my msn messenger. And when I try to go to these sites the computer just sits and thinks like it is in the process of uploading the site but can't finish. I never get a "can not access this site" notice, it will literally sit and try to upload it forever. Nothing else with my computer appears to be wrong and I have run several virus scans. What should I do?

I lost my password and tried to log in but all was in vain (for hours) on PC #1. The next day, I called yahoo and got a temporal password, opened my mailbox and changed the password as advised. This was on PC #2. Today , I am using PC #1 and I am not able to log in with my new password! Is the problem from Yahoo or is it PC #1?
