Suppose, all I have to download is 100 mb.Download have completed upto 60%.I dont want to download more.Please help me.I am really in trouble.

With most files, you have to download the whole file for it to work. If it a video or audio file, and you only wnat part of it, you will have to download the whole thing and then use a video or audio editor to edit out just the part(s) you want.

When a file is downloading, it is sent in tiny bits (called packages). Those packages are not sent in order. (There are "techies" reason why they are not). So the 60% of the file on your PC is not the first 60% of the file. It is a piece from here and a piece from there. So you can not access or use most files until they are 100% downloaded.

You need the entire file in order to open it.
