i have win XP OS is correpted after i took the backup the MSsql folder from the root after that i format the system and instal win 2000 os and instal mssql now i want to add all my database in to the sql how can i do i tryed copy the data folder it will not work. please help me.

Havng written onto a CD-RW I now find that I cannot delete or change single files on that CD. All I can do is clear the whole CD. But I have seen somewhere on the web that single files can be changed or deleted if the CD is formatted.

Whenever I send a message through my email add, the management will send me back a message that tell ''FAILURE NOTICE''.Then I open it and said there that the email that I just sent might have no account [the truth is we can open their account].If you know the answer,can you also tell me the proper way of getting an email add here in Yahoo! does not offer an affordable cable internet service. All I need is a phone line and plug it into the back of the computer and the wall. They are supposed to be sending me a CDROM to connect the service. Am I going about this correctly, I'm just worried about screwing this up.

I'm setting up a broadband connection for the first time. Can I put one ADSL filter into the telephone socket and then attach a "splitter" to it so I can connect my telephone, TiVo and Sky set as well as my router? Or do I have to put the "splitter" on first and then add an ADSL filter for each of the things I need to connect to the line?

Has anyone been having any problems getting updates from lavasoft, I go to update my program and keep getting a message ( Error retreaving updates) this has been oing on for the past three days, A pop up tells me that my program hasn't been updated in the past 499 days.
I uninstalled lavasoft and reinstalled it thinking I may have a damaged file but to no avail.
