My bf uses alcohol wipes and that seems to work well. Otherwise, there's probably a cleaning solution you can buy at a supply store. I'd check that out first & see if there's a cheap one.
Also, I have a thin, clear screen cover over my laptop's screen so that the real screen will not get damaged.

Hi what I use for my Laptop computer,spash out and buy yourself a bottle of this spray it's for Plasma and LCD screens and computers too
Get it at Asda, Philips screen cleaner, its around £5, it will last you a long time,its the best Ive used.

Microfiber cloths wet and/or dry work very well. Available at Bed, Bath and Beyond stores - boxed about four sizes and colors around $10. Happy Cleaning!

I know you aren't suppose to but I use a wipe and then dry with toilet paper - always works!!!
