its so people can tell how bored you are. The more points you have the more you are. Ex: I'm a level 5 I'm bored all the freaking time!!

I don't look on it as collecting points. I learn new things, try to give serious answers when I need to,but basically,it's for fun....well,it used to be. Now some moron is reporting innocent questions and answers. It's driving people away from the site. No bunny rabbit,sorry !

No bunny rabbit. The points just show ourselves and other people how pathetic we are for spending so much time on the computer instead of out in the real world.

I wish one could get a prize such as a bunny wabbit, i mean rabbit, but unfortunately we don't. The point of collecting points is to attain different levels and as a marker of progress. That is all. Plus some bragging rights.
