WIN32 Error?

Hey, I got an error while connecting internet. Error is "Generic Host WIN32". after i got this message. I cannot able to open any type of application. it says"svchost error". Pls suggest what can i do?

it may seem that the svchost is corrupted, reboot if you encounter it for the first time, you may need to reinstall windows over again if problem still persist
