ya surly u will grow in ur carrier. if u are sincere in ur work u will surely grow. if ur intention is to warn only money then keep on applying to other software companies. it will help u lot in Ur growth. if u think ur compeny is good try to get involve more deeply in ur projects. all the best for ur future.
