do i have to have money transferred from my bank account into my paypal account in order to pay for purchased made on ebay via paypal or does the amount get withdrawn from my bank via paypal? PLEASE HELP I'm so confused

i went into my tools for internet exploerer and said to get rid of the pop up blocker becasue i cant get into something and the internet thinks its a pop up. i restarted my computer and i even tryed getting rid of my firewall and using my firewall. nothings working. i need someone who knows any other way not even my brother who is going to ITT tech can tell em anything more.... please help i really need it unblocked or i wont be able to get into this site that is extremyl! iimportant... thanks

Someone calling themselves The Watchers are some how obtaining copies of my emails. Anything they deem "inappropriate", they send a copy to me and threaten to send it to other people. Has anyone heard of them? How are they getting my emails? What should I do about them?

What happens is this. My computer either:
- freezes after a few minutes of being switched on (only sometimes using it and not leaving it idle for more than 5 minutes stops it from freezing)
- randomly restarts
- switches off, and then it does not switch on, unless I remove the power plug from the mains for at least 5 or 6 seconds.

Within last few months I had professionals trying to sort it out - the fan replaced for a bigger one, a new motherboard, a new HD and new DVD drives (software using those drives for longer period of time has also the tendency to freeze). I have my Norton Antivirus up to date.
What can be the cause of the problem and how can I sort it out without just pouring more money into it? Please help.

I have 4 total DIMM slots in my current PC, I have two(2) 512MB DDR2 sticks in slots one and two and two(2) 1024MB sticks in slots 3 and 4. They are both different PC speeds. The 512's are PC2 3200 and the 1024's are PC2 5100. What slots will the 512's work best in and same goes for the 1024's. I have the 2 512's in slots 1 and 2 and then 1024's in slots 3 and 4 for a total of 3MB of DDR2 memory. Is there a better way to config my ram sticks so my pc runs at its best ? tks GTG
