I would goto the support and drivers page at www.lexmark.com and download the latest drivers to your printer. If the drivers arent there you can do a search on the internet using your keyword as "lexmark x75" and get the drivers that way.

hmmm..maybe you can find you drivers at Hewlettpackard.com?...or wait that's not right..maybe canon.com? Nope not there either...How about lexmark.com?...yeah yeah that's the ticket. Lexmark.com
