There is a number for each state called phone check - all I know is that Illinois' phone check number is 708-796-9600. It might be the same for each state but with their area code

Yes go to msn.com,and click on phone book.When phone book opens,click on reverse phone number look up.If there number is listed,it will tell you the address,and name.
