I have the disk but I lost the code. Can someone give me it so I can redown load the program to my computer? Or even tell me where I can pull it off the net for free.

You can't. Each individual software comes with a unique code. This is their way of stopping software piracy.
I suggest you get in contact with Microsoft via their website and see if they can help you.
