I want to animate my own flash cartoons, but I don't know who to get my software from. Are there any FREE online flash animators to sign up to (and I don't mean free trials!), or do I have to pay lots of money to download a package? Please post what site I should go to, and if it costs any thing to download or sign up to. I will be grateful for your help.

I bought a laptop off of Ebay and Windows is locked with a password. Is there any way to bypass the password so I cen get into Windows without reinstalling the OS?? Plz Help!!!!!

When I close my laptop it comes up with an error message something along the lines of, "Quick Launch is not allowing your computer to go into standby." I have messed with the settings, and everything is set right. Could this be a virus, or something was deleted that is not allowing this? Please help!
