I would like to contract with a firm to develop a web-enabled database application for my industry. I want to make sure I own the code, the concept, the UI, etc. and that the firm and its employees don't use any of that to compete or use with competitors. Is that unusual in a contracted relationship?

I have a problem... The voice chat is not working in the MSN messenger!... the other person can hear me but i can't hear them... plus there is a red "X" sign on the speaker of the other person on the window ? what can i do to solve the problem !

Someone is wanting to steal my yahoo account. Does anyone know a way to stop them from doing so. They have takens others that I know of already. I have repeatedly changed my password hoping it will give me time. Reporting them will not do any good they can just get a new name if yahoo does anything at all.
