I just got a new macbook, but i need to know how to transfer all of my files (pictures, word documents, itunes music) from my old dell to my new mac. how can i do it??

Cheapest easiest simple way? Buy a flash drive and copy the contents to the drive and past them in the new one.

If I understand your question correctly, you may not be able to do so, if you are wanting to transfer window files to a Mac, you may not be able to unless you macbook can read them, the best way to transfer data between to pc's is a data transfer cable, I use them quiet frequently when I perform house calls, You can get a nice one on ebay, I buy them from a guy in california for .99cents plus s&h.
