For whatever reason hard drive (1) is not and will not boot without starting over and I'm too lazy (and not bold enough yet) to mess around with system files.
If I have an xtra HD, which I'll call (2), I know it works and is compatible w/ the motherboard of drive (1), it also has the same OS installed on it, however, drive (2) has never been installed on drive (1)'s PC. Would I be able to make drive (2) the master and boot from it drive (1) would be the slave. Load the OS and then go into (1) and collect all my important files.
I'm just curious.

Somebody at Insight Broadband told me that to get their service, I had to buy a computer modem for it. They said I could buy one from them or get it myself, but the only thing I've found is called a broadband router. Is it the same? Also, does anybody have any advice on the modem from them? Is it of good quality or should I buy my own?

Is anyone else getting aggravated at myspace? Seems like everytime I try to get on in the past 3 days it's been messed up. Then if I do finally get on everytime I try to make a post in a group it messes up. GRRRRR

They are 'an irritation' and I would like to find a way of stopping them.

I have used their Box which advises that it will take a few days to remove me from their mailings, but they somehow arrange it so it has someone elses address which by mistake comes to me (And a reason for Why they do so would be interesting?).

Any advice or recommendations would be very greatfully accepted........!

A lot of times I will Write a letter with google mail and when I hit send I get an Internet Explorer code 007 that says "oops we couldn't preform that, try again in a few seconds" but it never works and I end up losing that message. any suggestion?
