i jus checked and i have 63.0 mb of ram which is really bad im surprised its still runnin right but i still would lik to have it optimized 4 my bellsouth dsl internet

go to download.com and get freeram xp pro and install that program and it will optimize your ram and give u lots more of it.

rather than running programs to defrag and restore meory eg putting it under more pressure is to spend a few bucks and get a 128/256mb RAM chip from your local computer shop.
since these are really cheap atm.

use system mechanic by iolo, it has a memory defragmenter and recoverer
or find freeram xp pro online
