well u need to make sure all the cables are 10/100MB and all the cards are set to automatic in the network, also if u google for tweaks for the router u have

Dude. You have to be more specific. What kind of network? Lan, Wan, Wifi. We geeks need that info to help.

You need to check with your proxy administrator. He would need to make settings on the proxy.
