Not much you can do about something like this. Sorry to report this but it is true. If you are being defamed or slandered against, which would require proof of spreading this out in your community, you can institute a suit against them in court. This would require proof of the slander and proof damage has been done to your name or your business. You would need to pinpoint who did this by requesting the courts to obtain the IP Address of the person sending the mail or to have Yahoo give out the real name of the offender. ISPs and large cooperation like Yahoo do not usually give out this type of information on users unless forced by court action. I recently read an article about a school who is suing two unknown "edits" of their page on Wikepedia, for defamation. Currently the suit is against John and Jane Doe, and they have served papres requesting the identity of two different IP addresses. Cox is the ISP served and they have reported their intention to reveal who is at both addresses.

If you wish to take this further you will have to institute a suit against those who are defaming or slandering you. I am sorry it takes such extreme actions to stop those who are using public communication to create havoc or harm in others lives. When we live in a free society we are going to have a few who abuse those rights. Good luck in finding a means to stop these individuals from defaming your name.
