As suggested by email answers to my questions, I have tried clicking on View, Tools, Address, lock and unlock. None works.

I log onto my e-mail and click on pop up e-mail so i can read the details but instead of the page popping up and the results on the bar saying done, as usual, it'll say "pop up window was blocked" on the bar.

In my friends car she can play Mp3 files (on a CD) and the file name shows up on a little screen. Some how she was able to put over 100 songs on one CD. She says that she converted the files to Mp3's, but arent the music files already Mp3's. She tells me that Mp3 files are very small. I burn CD's and at the most can only fit 17-18 songs. What is she doing that I am not doing?

I've tried RecoverMyFiles software that helps recover files after it's been formatted. It found a couple photos but most were small thumbnail images. Is there a good one out there you guys would suggest? Thanks in advance.

Our company prints newsletters, brochures, etc. for ourselves and clients. Our Canon color printer/copier will NOT reproduce true blues in any shade...they always look like purple. Help! I like purple, but blue would be nice too.

Is it possible that a cable modem can cause a router to reboot? My router has been rebooting causing the internet connection to fail. When i unplug the wire connected from the router to the modem, the router doesn't reset. Any ideas?

What I want to know is what is the different between an e-machine and an actual pc. I know that one big difference but I heard and e machine can still carry some software applications. Plus does anyone have any recommadations for a laptop. I'm looking at spending between $800 -$1000 on the laptop. Its for my wife.

i just got a dvd burner and i noticed that the dvd+r says 'dual layer' and dvd-r says 'double layer'. is there an actual difference in encoding or space? or is this just different ways to say the same thing? thanks, cb
