Computers & Internet - 24 July 2006

Hello guys! :)
I am new here. Very interested in CSS design.
My question is... how do you work? I mean, first you start designing website in Corel Draw, then slice it in Photoshop, then write clean CSS code by yourself without any software(or with some software?), then insert some PHP code for dinamic parts etc
So, can you please describe all steps of your work or maybe you have a link with article about it.

Sorry for some typos and mistakes, English is not my native language :)

when I turn on my laptop computer, a Blue screen of death comes up after the BIOS screen, and the blue screen says unmountable boot volume and a whole bunch of numbers and junk. I created a formatted floppy on a different computer and got it to come up on my laptop...but I dont know what to type! I have tried chkdsk and fixboot but it wont work! will somebody PLEASE give me step by step on what to type...I'm not too much of a computer whiz, so I need domebody to please give me EVERYTHING I need to type.? I am looking for a new laptop for portability. I want something lightweight and durable that will last me many years. I have used a variety of virus removal tools and spyware tools.
I found and got rid of a lot of other crap on my system, but Google
redirect keeps happening. I've cleaned all history,cache and temp
folders. I've run a few different registry cleaners.....and nothing.
