Fruity Loops

Acid Pro

Sonic Foundry

Reason

These are all good in my opinion but you don't even need them.

Cut and paste the best parts of mp3's out of and into sound recorder then play back the base track and play other sounds while you record this mix with sound recorder and you keep doing this untill you start doubting your sanity. For best results get turn tables or a guitar something that makes 'real' not digital sounds. you will feel much better about what you create. that again is just my opinion but that is all i got.

And after you have finished, don't forget to contact the copyright owner and pay the royalties involved.
