I have been having some really weird things happening to my computer and im afraid I might have a virus...First off When I put things into my Recycle bin and try to delete them nothing shows up...its like the little flashlight keeps going back and forth for hours....then If i wanna move a file to another file it says that I can't because the file is currently in use..but it does this for everything....Then my computer crashes at random....everything is going crazy...does anyone know what might be wrong or if their are any good anti virus/ spyware/malware removal programs...I have avast now..but i dont think its working.

thats what it says when i go to uninstall my guitar pro software from the control panel add and remove....i deleted the folder from my registry but its still saying that....i wonder if i could get back that missing uninstall file?

I just got a new Gateway laptop with a built-in media-card reader. But my SD card from my Kodak Digital Camera won't work in it. the computer recognizes it as a removable disk, but tells me it needs to be formatted. Obviously, when I format it, I lose the pictures. But the formatting process won't even finish - I get an error message. Pics still get deleted.

After I attempt this formatting on the computer, and I put the card back in the camera, the camera needs to reformat the card! Once I do that, the whole thing starts over again in a vicious cycle.

How can I get my SD card to be read on both my Kodak Camera (CX7430) and my computer?! The photos are in JPEG format, and should be interchangeable! My old USB plug-in card reader stil works in the new computer, but I don't want to have to use it anymore!

i am working with a project in c++ and computer aided automation. now i have some problems with input data conversion. i am using parallel port for my data output. i need a minimum of 8 bits input of data(already multipluxed). all signals i use are digital signals. will i be able to use serial port data? if can please specify me ic's we use to interface.

Why does the monitor not come on after installing a new RAM? But the monitor worked fine after I put the usual ones back on. What can be the problem?

Also, if you need a pc100 ram and if you put a pc133 ram, will it work?

Why does my monitor not start up after equipping a new RAM?
