I have Firefox with the iPox skin. When I load buttons or even change the settings and buttons on my Yahoo toolbar, they all reset when I close the browser. What's going on?

a few yrs ago lighnting blew my internal modem, so i put a new one in but since then, everyime the ph rings and the computers turned off, it will turn on??? Im on dialup and im on windows xp home.HELPE PLEASE..lol modem is D-Link DFM if that helps???

Hello. My computer is very slow. I've deleted "Temporary Internet Files" and "unwanted programs and their registries". I have also run virus scans w/ AVG and McAfee. Third, I have run a disk defragmenter and disk cleanup. Even after all this my computer is still slow. I have a Dell Dimension 3000 w/ 512MB of RAM and an 80GB Hard Drive. If anyone has any info on how to speed my computer, its programs (including Internet Explorer), or anything else in relation. Please tell me.

I'm looking for a program like the avatars but with more colors for hair and eyes and more body, eyes, nose, face and lip shapes where I can build different character images.
