If you know any html, you can just open up any old text editer and create a web page. Here is a really quick example



Hello World!





All that is left to do is save it as a .html file and upload it to your web space. If you don't know html and have no desire to learn there are many free hosting sites that provide decent WYSIWYG editors as well as many stand alone programs like FrontPage and Dreamweaver.

well uh u need to be a very good html user we just learned html in computers this year 8th grade we made our own web pages and mine was actually pretty cool go here its a place that teaches u html EASILY http://pirate.shu.edu/about/html/html_bas.html#TEM
