I woke up this morning and my car would not start. I jumped the battery and let my car run for a few minutes, then I turned it off. But when I tried starting it a couple of hours later it was dead again. I noticed when my car was on, that my engine fan would not go off, even when my car was off. Could this be the reason that my battery is dying? And if so what can I do to fix it?

I have a Honda civic '98. I have never ran out of gas on the freeway, but wonder how close I've come, cause I push the limit a lot. The light blinks goes away, comes back, goes away... The fuel tank even seems to self-refuel sometimes...

It's bad enough that their riding on the sidewalk instead of the street. They're riding fast. You probably don't see or hear them because of traffic. Also the same people don't pay attention to the light. You can get hit by crossing on a green light. They often get angry if you say anything. I guess I'm asking for trouble with this question.

I live in Cheshire, England and am learning to drive, but am finding it really difficult to practice as I am not yet confident enough to drive on roads. Does anyone know of any places off road that I can practice such as empty aerodromes? Thanks.

A friend wrecked our car. Our insurance is primary and his secondary, I know that. Originally the friend said he will let us use his jeep until he has ours replaced. Now him and his wife are calling wanting us to come pick them up and take them places. We refuse. He says now to let my husbands dad buy a car and he will repay them. My father in law says he will help but it isn't his responsibility.

Legally what can we do. I was told we can sue. Is that true.

People have been talking about everyone boycotting gas on a specific day to lower gas prices. I still don't know the date this would happen. That would be an important part of the boycott to make it work. I think it can work if it's done right. People say that it can't happen but I haven't seen anybody saying that you just fill up your tank the day before the boycott.

So the question is what day is this suppose to happen?
