Permit question?

I live in California and I just got my permit, I'm 15 1/2, just wondering if you can transport children (my 11 yr. old sis) with an adult that is 25 yrs. or older and has a liscense...Or does it just have to be you and the adult???

Unfortunately it doesn't look like you can:

Minor's Permit Restrictions

You must practice with a parent, guardian, spouse, or an adult 25 years of age or older, who has a valid California driver license. The person must be close enough to take control of the vehicle at any time. A provisional permit does not let you drive alone—not even to a DMV office to take a driving test.

If you have an M1 or M2 permit, you cannot carry passengers, you must ride during daylight hours only, and you cannot ride on the freeway.

It changes once you get the license itself:

During the first 12 months after you are licensed, you cannot drive between 11 pm and 5:00 am and you cannot transport passengers under age 20 unless you are accompanied by your parent or guardian, a licensed driver 25 years of age or older, or a licensed or certified driving instructor.

save in mind that the try on your utilising enable is the written try. you isn't in the back of the wheel of any automobile in assessment to once you're taking your try on your driving force's License. basically confirm to income the guidance manual from front to lower back because of the fact it asks questions approximately trafffic signs and indicators, regulations of the line, and distinctive different stuff. do basically a little deep respiratory and understand which you're able to passing and you will bypass.
