Also, why do people sit parked with their DRIVING/HEADLIGHTS on???? Am I the only person that clicks my headlights off when I pull into a drive-through? Don't anybody give me that crap about modern cars and automatic/daytime running lights either, all you have to do is press or pull the parking brake lever one or two clicks to make the headlights go out when you don't have headlights selected! My personal car is an older one and what I drive at work is a 2002 and a 2004. Just click the parking brake one or two clicks, then release it when you're ready to resume normal driving...If you're incapable of those simple functions, maybe you should reconsider driving all together!!!

I am a college student. Yesterday my car was towed from the student parking lot. The univ. parking dept. said that I had parked in a handicapped spot. I told them that there was no handicapped sign on a post or picture of a wheelchair on the ground. The only thing on the ground were the blue lines. Does only having blue lines on the ground without the wheelchair symbols make that spot a handicapped spot? If you have a link to the handicapped marking law, please post it in your response. Thanks.

I've leased a '99 Civic, '03 and '06 Pt Cruiser GT and I've noticed that I get an unusual smearing pattern if it rains a little. If the rain is heavy enough, the wipers function normally. I've had the issue with all three cars, straight out of the dealership (honda and chryslers were from different dealerships) and usually by the end of the lease it's cleared up somewhat. I know it's not the wippers because I've repleaced them with brand name (ie Bosch) wipers but there's no change. I've ruled out road grime and whatnot (as mentioned in another question) because they cars all did it fresh off the lot. As a matter of fact when I picke dup my last car it was raining and it heppened that day. To me it looks like a could be a coating sprayed on in the factory, but I honestly dunno....any ideas anyone?

Why is it that the slowest lorries on our roads seem to be 'express' delivery lorries? (nightfreight, target, lynx etc etc) I have been stuck behind so many going painfully slowly along national speed limit roads it's untrue. Today was another typical example.

If I had paid good money to get my parcel delivered by one of them, I would at least like them to do it quickly, intead of dawdling along like a bunch of wombles!

Has anybody else noticed this seeming contradiction?

When I would brake, my steering wheel would shake really badly. But it was fine when I would just drive. I then braked, and let go of the steering wheel, and now it doesnt shake anymore.. Please tell me why it might be doing this. Thank you..

Also, I did almost get hit yesterday, and I slammed on brakes, could that be a factor?

Thanks in advance.

I just moved to NC, what can I expect on the driver's test? Anything I should specifically look for? Example: in PA you have to know the implied consent law. It's always on the test.
