Fork lift license? Now that's a joke. No such thing here.
Forklifts can be road-legal. Here they must be registered and have a license plate. They can be operated by anyone holding an Operator's (auto) license or higher. A valid state driver's license is not required on private property.

NO...the following is THE LAW.
!) you will NEED both a forklift operator certificate AND a full licence to be allowed on a public highway unaccompanied.
AND
2) The vehicle MUST have road tax and a registration to be allowed on the public highway.
I know because I was NOT allowed to drive a mobile cherry-picker on public roads whilst doing work at the local docks. It HAD to be trailered between locations.

I would think not. It's illegal to drive without insurance on the highway or on any roadway. I'd be very surprised if you could get insurance for a forklift!! especially without a licence!!!

Yes. You need an FLT (forklift truck) licence to be legal, and the truck has to be registered as well.

No! You can't drive a fork-lift anywhere without a fork-lift truck operators license! But u don't need to have a car license if u have the fork-lift license.
