I bought a 2003 Toyota roughly about a month ago. There were some things wrong with it (headlamp not bolted right, weather stripping) they were fixed. I took the car to my mechanic, who informed me that the car had been in an accident and the L/front fender and hood and been repainted. There are dirt bubbles underneath the paint he pointed out. He put this on his report.

I was not told this at the dealership, the salesman did pull a carfax, but nothing was reported. I have contacted my Attorney, who is looking into it. Any suggestion about what can be done (if any) Or if any of you have had similar situations please advise. Only serious answers please no silliness. Thanks!

My brother and sister in law are about to become parents so it's time to trade in the cool truck for a kiddie car. What's the sexiest minivan out there?

My dad wants to sell his 1966 Chevy Chevelle Malibu. I looked in Edmunds, Autotrader, Kelley Bluebook and Googled but I can't seem to get a solid price range for his type of car. For most sites, it's too old to be listed. Other sites are specialty sites that deal in souped up Chevys (completedly modified for muscle and speed). So the price varies from $3000 for parts/major restore to $40,000 to super tricked SS models. My dad's car is pure stock with all original parts and has been basically garaged for the last 30 years. He only drove it occasionally basically to keep it running. What do you think is the best way to find the reasonable selling price that will sell within reasonable time, like week or two?

Hi,
I understand used car from a dealer costs more - but how much more would you pay above KBB ( $8500 ) for a 2002 Civic LX 68000 miles ( is certified with 12000 more miles warranty?)

Good running F-150. My idea is to spend about $3000 to fix it (transmission, shocks, tune -up, new tires) and use it for another 2-3 years. $3000 would be my down payment if i was going to buy new truck. But after looking for what i like, i would have to pay $500 a month. I need my truck for work.
What do you thing? I bought my F 150 for $1000 and it is 1997.

When I sold the car, I simply signed over the title to the new owner, trusting that he would take the title to the DMV to have the title transfered to his name. But, if he fails to do so, can I be held liable for something bad that might happen while he operates the vehicle? Thanks for the input!

I am looking for something affordable, probably used since I can't afford a new minivan. I want one that fits at least 7 ppl comfortably, and has lots of storage space/room.

Daughter is 16, has part time job and goes to school.

Why is it when you go to car dealer they can charge a fortune for a used car..What ever happened to "car worth half when you drive new car off lot.? Yet dealers sell used cars for three fourths ( 3/4)
of original sticker price?????We are fools to pay these prices. In fact I can't afford it..Any honest car sales out there? In Cincinnati area?
