I want to make a movie with flight simulator to post on youtube about a dogfight between a spitfire and an me-109, but I want it to be realistic. I want to know what models of spitfire and bf-109 fought it out, I have right now a spitfire mk.xix, blue with invasion stripes, although I think this paint job would be historically inaccurate or something. I havn't downloaded a bf-109 yet, so what kind of paint job or model should I have? Remember this could be any year in the war that spitfires and messershmitts were fighting.

I know most jets have an autopilot system which enables pilots to fly a jet without manual control..but What about helicopters? Do helicopters have this kind of autopilot system too?

I was offered a helicopter pilot position for the Air Force (active duty) but I have 3 young kids and a wife and I'm curious what the lifestyle is really like.

With recent plane crashes due to pilot error, I'm wondering about the regulations regarding pilot testing.
Does anyone know how often pilots are screened for alcohol and/or drug use? Is it before every flight?
Or just performed randomly?
Please, no one take offence, I'm just curious.

The best airline to fly with is Southwest
The worst airline is United (got I hate them so much, after a 15 hour flight from Japan to Chicago all I wanted to do was get to Nashville. After delaying the flight 3 times they finally desided to cancel it at 11:00 at night. That was not bad, yes the weather in other places where bad and all flights where getting cancled. But what gets me is...they told me there was NO AIRLINE going to tennassee from that airport for THREE days and that they would not pay for me to stay at a hotel, and also that there were no rooms avalible at any hotels close to the Airport. They told me I can sleep at the airport...hahah for 3 days I think NOT!!!. My sisters friend came and got me and drove me to Midway Airport the next morning to catch a southwest flight to Nashville. (oh and they would not give me my bags, they said they would be in nashville for me in the morning. They never got there until 11:00 that night, and I had to go pick them up.)

...jump up and down on the spot while rubbing your stomach in a clockwise direction with one hand and rubbing the top of your head in a counter clockwise direction with the other hand with your eyes closed...without fumbling? If you can, apparently you have the cooerdation to be a chopper pilot.

I recently flew on 3 A.A. s80's and when in level flight the nose was up, the stewardess had to walk uphill. Why can't the wings and motors be rotated on the fuselage?

Just off the top of my head "Holiday Inn" and "Jet Airliner" come to mind. I suspect there are a few more out there.
