A lot - probably $15,000 - $20,000.
The engine is at overhaul, so there's a $10k expense right there. The rest of the overhaul obviously depends on what state the airplane is in. You might get it past an annual inspection for as little at $1500-$2500, but I've seen friends with small GA airplanes do lets-get-everything-shipshape annuals that seem to average around $8-9K.
But once you spend this you'll have an aircraft thats functionaly almost brand new.
