The best airline to fly with is Southwest
The worst airline is United (got I hate them so much, after a 15 hour flight from Japan to Chicago all I wanted to do was get to Nashville. After delaying the flight 3 times they finally desided to cancel it at 11:00 at night. That was not bad, yes the weather in other places where bad and all flights where getting cancled. But what gets me is...they told me there was NO AIRLINE going to tennassee from that airport for THREE days and that they would not pay for me to stay at a hotel, and also that there were no rooms avalible at any hotels close to the Airport. They told me I can sleep at the airport...hahah for 3 days I think NOT!!!. My sisters friend came and got me and drove me to Midway Airport the next morning to catch a southwest flight to Nashville. (oh and they would not give me my bags, they said they would be in nashville for me in the morning. They never got there until 11:00 that night, and I had to go pick them up.)

I fly USAirways constantly. (I fly almost 100 times a year, mostly for work, and more than half of that is on USAirways). Maybe it's because I fly with them enough that I have elite status, but they're an excellent airline. The only time I had a delayed flight or anything like that with them is when there was a 3-foot snowstorm in Boston and they closed the airport (not the airline's fault, and they really did a lot to make up for it anyway - they handled it very well). Other than that, I've never even had a delayed flight or anything - and I've flown USAirways literally hundreds of times the past few years. They've always been friendly and nice as well. So based on my experience I would say go with USAirways. Also - it's pretty much standard to be charged $100 to change your flight - it's always in the fine print. Not that it's right, but it's almost always the case.

Discover now the best sport betting system: http://sport-betting-tips.checkhere.info

Too many people think of sports betting as just something they do in their past time. However, many people can see the potential that exists if you manage to have the right sports betting strategy and correct approach to betting in general. Are you sick of losing? Interested in finding out how to turn your luck around? Do you want to know which sports betting strategies stand to help you make the most from your betting?

Any good strategy should allow you to place bets based on a systematic method. Of course there is always a random element or so called luck involved, but betting is all about stacking the odds in your favor. There should be no guess work involved or bets placed based on gut feelings. Betting is a business and it should be treated like one. Any money you use for betting needs to be separate from money you use for your daily life or anything else. How can you possibly expect to follow a strategy with money that was originally set aside to pay next week's rent with? You can't. This will help you to focus on the task of betting and remove any emotional strings attached to the money.

So what makes a good strategy or what should you look for in a strategy before you decide to implement it? Any good strategy needs to have a positive expectancy. This means that in the long run you will win. The hit rate of the strategy needs to be above 50% for you to be able to profit in the long run. An ideal win rate should be between 60 to 70%, because you will need to cover the fees and other expensive associated with betting. Is it feasible to expect you'll be able to find a system that has a 100% win rate? No, it isn't. The best you can do is find a system that has a positive expectancy and stick with it. In the long run you will make more money than you can possibly lose.

Keep whatever information and news you have about the teams as up to date as possible. Any changes in the teams makeup or factors that affect how the players play will great affect the potential outcome of a match. Make sure that you are constantly up to date on every aspect that affects the potential outcome of a match. Information is the key to winning at sports betting.

Too bad you've limited it to U.S. airlines. Now I can't mention how much British Airways rocks!

I fly a lot, and frankly, I find most most domestic airlines, these days to be pretty similar. I tend to have good experiences with Delta. As another poster mentioned, Southwest is usually pretty good, as long as you arrive early enough to get a low check-in number. Yes, United sucks. They used to be alright. It seems that they're just going through the motions, these days.

Despite the recent bad publicity, Jet Blue is one of the best airlines around. I was also very partial to America West prior to the acquisition of US Airways.

I don't like Southwest. Because of their corporate operating model, they overbook every flight to assure that the planes carry the maximum number of passengers, and they are totally "nit picky" about some of there "rules".

Sorry about this but there is nothing that bother me more than someone who makes a claim with nothing to back it up... take for instance the guy above that says that Delta is the best and that Northwest is the worst because they are always late and the DC-9's are crowded...

First of all, take a look at the stats for youself... its the top link below... Over the entire scope of the data (Jun, 2003 - Jan, 2007) , both airlines performed above average in on-time stats... However, Delta performed on time 77.15% of the time.... Northwest performed on time 77.59% of the time.... I believe the Northwest number is higher and thus THERE ARE MORE DELAYS ON DELTA!!!...

Next, he talks about cramming them into DC-9's... for comparision purposes, we will look at the similarly sized DC-9-50 in the NW corner and the MD-90 from Delta... Both of the airplanes feature 17" seat width so its a tie there... seat pitch or distance between seats is 30-31" on the DC-9-50... thats 30" in most seats and 31" in the exit rows,,, Delta's MD-90 has 30-32" seat pitch... the 32" pitch can be found in one (1) seat on the entire airplane and that is seat 10C... it is situated right behind first class and the bulkhead does not extend all the way in front of the seat... otherwise... its 30" inches and 31" in the exit rows... Looks to me like a tie in the "cramped department... therefore Northwest wins because they are on time more often...

Consider this... we will assume 1,500 daily operations for each airline... thats 547,500 flights per year... taking the data obtained from a government website (the on-time data presented before) 424,805 northwest flights are on-time in a year... only 422,396 Delta flights are on time... therefore, 2,409 more NW flights arrive on time compared to Delta that is 7 more flights per day...
Additionally, the extreme weather of Minneapolis account for 1.14% of NW's delays, and understand that the airlines have no control over the weather... Only 0.40% of Delta's delays are Weather related and that makes more responsibility fall on the carrier... Delta cancells 1.77% of its flights... NW cancells 1.23% of its flights... think about that... NW WINS AGAIN!!! Please think and do your homework before you answer...

I fly unaccompanied minor southwest has the lowest price and southwest has nice and funny staff. Delta is very costly of unaccompanied minor and high change fee. It's free for southwest but delta is 200 per ticket to change.

The best is Delta. They fly everywhere with great staff and low fares. The worst is Northwest. You're crammed on ancient DC-9s from the 60s (I'm not kidding) and you're always late.
