I have a 2003 standard transmission Toyota Tacoma 2 WD truck. For a little while I had noticed a buildup of grease on the inside of my driver's side rear wheel and a burning oil smell. I called my local mechanic who just does tuneups, brakes + small stuff and he told me that it sounded like the rear seal and he recommended someone to go to. My wife and I had gone to this other person before and are happy with his work. Well 3 weeks ago today, I brought it in and had the rear seal and the bearings replaced for a little over $300.00. Checking around that is a fair price since there was 2.5 hours of labor. Well this past Friday I smelled that burning oil smell again for the first time since the problem was fixed. There was fresh grease on the wheel. I just got off of the phone with the guy who did the work and I am bringing it in tomorrow morning. Here is the question; Could it just be a faulty part (it is a genuine Toyota part) or could it be something else that is a bigger?

There are solar panels on posts and also next to a speed camera near me is a large green box with what appears to be a light bulb and something else on the top of it, this is protected by a wire cage.

Does anybody know what either of these two things do or are for?

What is with that advert "Diamond Car Insurance for Women"? Women are meant to be the safest drivers. According to statistics, the only reason people think women are safer drivers is because they make a claim on their boyfriends/husbands car insurance when they have an accident. I am most certainly not a sexist male and I am all for equality but I just think it's unfair to have a car insurance just for women and try to make out like men are terrible drivers. I mean imagine the uproar if there were a car insurance company JUST for men (before the diamond insurance was available) ? What are your views on this people?

My car has been having trouble starting lately, and it hesitates from time to time. I't's never done this before. I've had the car 4 years +, and never had a tune-up. Only oil changes. Every owner's manual and car guide I've looked at recommends scheduled tune-ups, but my mechanic says I shouldn't bother. Just change the oil he says. What do you say?
