It is taking almost everything I make just to make the min. payment. I have been married for 7 years and my husband and I have seprate acts. He doesn't help. I try to talk to him about it. I think he's probably in worse shape than I am. This is really getting me down. I don't know what to do.

My marriage partner is not willing to file for bankruptcy, as I am. I have debt in my name that I am wanting to be expunged. I am not working, and I only have a few monthly bills (i.e. cell phone, cable) in my name.

Is it better to proceed and try to have my debt discharged, or to wait and see if he will be willing to file later down the road- together?

I used to employ Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PWC) as my financial advisor and they had proprietary software that would automatically retrieve and keep track of my account balances at various financial institutions. I no longer have the PWC relationahip but I want to duplicate the functionality of their software. I can log on to each institution separately and view my balances but I'd like to find a way to automate and aggregate the information.

that he found an old bank account booklet in my name. I had completly forgotten about opening this (savings account)as I was only about 12 yrs old. The bank and my dads home is 400 miles away. I never closed the account. Should I expect a surprise or disappointment when I get the book from dad and call them to check the status of that accounts. it was not a whole lot of money but it was alot for a kid 40years ago. when I put the money into this account at that time there was not such a thing as account service fee's as back then bank offered these as incentive for kids to save. My question is of legal nature if the money is gone and eaten up by fee's, do I have legal recourse to recover the cash plus 40 yrs of interest?

For a traditional IRA, I know that it is tax-deferred. So.. If I start to widthdraw say within 2 years, what is being taxed?? the intrest earned and also the 2000 dollars that I have initially put in??

I know for a Roth IRA, within a specified amount of time, when you start to withdraw, only the intrest is being tax, and there are not tax deductibles....
