Yes they are scammers. It was on our local news.

No, but tell me more when you find out more ! I'm looking for a stock broker who puts money I send in, in a bank, which I now understand there are many who do not, and they are not FDIC insured.

I get the impression they put it in the secretary's desk drawer or the Scudder Fund maybe.
