Depending on how you want to do it, the easiest way is to set up a paypal account. And then you just put a link your web site to take people to paypal.com to pay you the donation.
If you want to do that on your own site, you can either direct user to a payment service or call a web service to get the payment info and all that but you will need Security Certificate in order to keep the transaction secure.

For the simple ones you just need a PayPal account and then make a PayPal button on www.angelfire.com 's button maker.
