I just got a divorce and he left me with the bad credit. I have three jobs and am fully able to pay for a car, but do not know where I can get credit. When I tried they told me that not only was my credit rating too low, but, he was awarded our brand new car (which was a birthday present to me, ha) and since he doesn't have to refinance it, my name is still on the loan. He is making all the payments on time, but, it still shows that I have a loan on it. Regardless, they tell me no, because of my credit. Is there anyone that makes car loans for people like me?

governments, corporations, individuals, charities, everyone. All zero. And for fun, you can set the debts to zero as well.
how many millions would die? who would they be?
or would we all say "oh well" and carry on?

and while you're at it, my sauna question is being neglected...

As I sit here in my granddaddy's recliner chair, eating squirell chili with my bare left hand, watching WWF on the TV, and listening to the kids play outside in the trailer park, I can't help but wonder...

What could be better than this? I am 24 years old, I make $273.00 a month (including welfare and social security) and I jst can not imagine what I would do if I was a millionaire. Hexk, I don't even know what I'd do with an extra $100.00 a month ('cept maybe buy a new squirell gun).

So to all you gaajillionaires out there, why do you need so damn much money? What do you do with it all? Just wonderin'.

My colleague who is a single mum has accumulated £600+ and counting of bank charges on the strength of her son's father stopping her maintenance money. £373.00 in the past two weeks and she's sinking fast. She was first made aware her account had exceded her overdraft limit, not by the bank, but by the company she hires her washing machine from for £11per month. They wrote to inform her she would be penalised and charged £30 charges as their £11d/d had not cleared. She went to the bank immediately and came to an agreement there and then to pay £60 bank charges per month until her balance was in line with her o/d limit. Now it seems there was no record made of this agreement and subsequently her bank charges have now risen to £90p/m and she is unable to draw on her money and feed her son in the meantime!!! Without her maintenance money, she still has £200+ going into the account every week. She is at her wits end and really has tried to sort this out in one way or another.

I have a rental property. The rent I receive covers the mortgage payment for that one family house.

I would like to buy a second house, which will become my primary residence. How much of an impact having a rental property would have on my ability to get a second mortgage loan (for the house I am planning to buy). Is it going to dramatically affect the interest rate I pay?

Is there an online calculator for this?

Thanks

Hello - I have about $22K in credit card debt at about 9% interest rate. I currently have a home that has already been refinanced. I would be able to manage fairly well if I didn't have the $22K. I looked at refinancing and didn't see the advantage there, so I'm thinking of cashing in my 401K. I have about $30K. What are the advantages/dis to doing this? Anything I should look out for ? Any suggestions that don't include cashing the 401K?
